Jessica Barrett Simpson

Jessica Barrett Simpson is continually inspired by Warm Hearth and its residents. She has assisted with strategic planning, financial reporting, and a cost-effectiveness analysis of long-term community-based care in Armenia. She has brought to the board her experience working on international collaborations involving U.S. and overseas institutions and government agencies. Jessica lives in Washington, DC and is a Senior Program Officer in the International and Foreign Language Education office at the U.S. Department of Education. She has also worked for several nonprofits and United Nations agencies that focused on international development, health care, and microfinance. She has a Masters degree in Public Administration from NYU and a BA in Intercultural Studies.

Bridget met many of the Warm Hearth residents in 2001 when she started her two year Peace Corps service in Kapan. She marvels at the progress and growth she has witnessed over the past ten years and considers it an honor to continue to stay connected and support her former students as a Friends of Warm Hearth Board Member. Bridget has over fifteen years of in-depth experience advocating for individuals with special needs, with comprehensive expertise with program planning, monitoring and evaluation. As an educator, Bridget has taught students ages three to adults. Bridget currently lives in Eastern Oregon and serves as director of a program serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

-Currently treasurer of a corporation that provides financial investment and trust management services for individuals, families, trusts and charitable foundations.
Marshal has served in executive positions and on the Board of Directors of three corporations and four non-profit organizations, as well as several national advisory boards. He attended Vanderbilt University, graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin, and has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. He has traveled to Armenia and has had the privilege of meeting most of the original residents of Warm Hearth. Marshal lives in Prescott, Arizona and is Treasurer of a financial and trust management company.
Lee Ann Odabashian Williams

Lee Ann Williams, OTR/L, has been working in the field of Occupational Therapy for the past 30 years. She has taught classes on self regulation to high school students on the Autistic Spectrum at Orion Academy in Moraga, California. She has also presented workshops on Understanding and Teaching Children with Learning Differences and Special Needs for the Pleasanton Unified School District and in the former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia. Lee Ann maintains a private practice, Max-Ability, in Orinda, California, where she works with children and adolescents.
